Lightning Love’s Blonde Album gets deluxe vinyl reissue

Lost in Ohio is reissuing the 2012 indie pop classic, on limited-edition pink & blue splatter vinyl. It is expanded to include track from the Girls Who Look Like Me EP. Blonde Album was mastered for vinyl by Christopher Colbert (Richard Swift, Pedro the Lion), with lacquers cut by Lex van Coeverden in the Netherlands. It begins shipping in April!

In honor of its 15th anniversary, Lost in Ohio is pleased to announce a deluxe vinyl reissue of The New Amsterdams’ landmark 2007 album Killed or Cured. The brown & white double vinyl release is housed in a stunning gatefold jacket with refreshed artwork from original designer Matt Doyle and remastered for vinyl by Michael Fossenkemper. Fluffy debuts music video for “My Love”

Fluffy does things differently, like make a new music video 27 years after the album comes out. Fluffy’s Sugar Pistol is really two albums by two different bands based in two different cities. One, sludgy post-punk from Southern California; the other, studio-driven shoegaze out of Nashville. But after re-naming the band, re-titling the album and changing the artwork, one could be forgiven if you’ve never even heard Fluffy’s weird and dreamy split-brain finale. But then again, little about Fluffy’s story was conventional.
