Lost in Ohio does not accept returns on any mail order products, and we cannot offer refunds except in cases where defective or damaged merchandise is received. We are unable to cancel orders once they have shipped. Lost in Ohio does not accept refunds for any downloadable products once the product has been downloaded. If you encounter issues downloading a product, please contact us by replying to the order confirmation email or using the Contact Form.
Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery by replying to the order email with a description of the issue and a photo of the item (if possible). We will respond with further instructions, which may include shipping the product back to us. If you cannot find your order email, please contact us using the Contact Form and include as much detail as possible to help us locate your order.
