Transparent red vinyl out August 2025 — pre-orders available now

Originally released in 2003 on Tooth & Nail Records, The Love of Life began a new chapter for Watashi Wa—melding emotional power pop with crisp production and a rare sense of optimism. Produced by GGGarth (Rage Against the Machine, Chevelle), the album earned praise for its irresistible melodies, heartfelt lyrics, and polished sound, drawing comparisons to everyone from Jimmy Eat World to the Goo Goo Dolls.
Lost in Ohio is proud to reissue The Love of Life on vinyl for the first time, beautifully remastered by Christopher Colbert and pressed on transparent red vinyl. This edition features restored and updated artwork, plus brand-new liner notes from frontman Seth Roberts reflecting on the album’s legacy. Lacquers were cut by Lex van Coeverden in Amsterdam.
