Before submitting, please note:

• You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods to our address in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. Returned items must be securely packaged to arrive in their original condition. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from inadequate packaging.
• Sealed audio recordings that have been opened are not eligible for withdrawal or refund under EU consumer protection law. Only unopened, sealed items quality.
  
• This form applies only to orders placed directly through this website. For purchases made through other platforms, please submit through that platform directly.
