Cancellation policy

Lost in Ohio periodically offers pre-orders on upcoming releases. All pre-orders are paid in full when the pre-order is placed. We do not offer subscriptions, deferred payments, or try-before-you-buy options.

In-Stock Orders

In-Stock orders can be canceled at any time before they ship. To cancel, reply to your order confirmation email or use our Contact Form. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for our standard terms.

Digital Product Orders

All sales of downloadable products are final. Once a download code has been issued, it cannot be canceled or refunded, even if the download has not yet been accessed. If you experience issues with your download please contact us via your order confirmation email or use our Contact Form and we'll make it right.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a copy of a release that has not yet shipped. Your card is charged at checkout. We will ship your order as soon as inventory arrives, and you'll receive tracking information by email when it's on its way.
