Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within five business days of purchase. Occasionally we are out of town or otherwise unavailable. In these cases, a banner notification will be placed on our website, and orders will ship within five business days of our return, as indicated on the banner.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS and other carriers, selecting the most cost-effective or convenient option for each order.

  • Most US orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail if eligible.
  • Most international orders are sent via Asendia USA, which partners with local postal services for final delivery. Most international orders arrive within 2-3 weeks, but transit times vary.
  • All vinyl is packaged in appropriate record mailers with corner protection.

Tracking & Delivery

All orders include tracking, and tracking information will be emailed once the order ships.

Customers are responsible for choosing a safe delivery location. Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we consider the order fulfilled and cannot offer refunds or replacements for stolen or missing packages. If you have concerns, please contact us before ordering.

International Orders & Customs

Shipping insurance is included for international orders to protect against loss or significant damage during transit. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT or taxes imposed by their country. We do not cover these fees and cannot adjust invoice values or mark packages as gifts.

Lost, Delayed or Returned Packages

Please report any shipping issues within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

If a package is marked delivered, but is not received, we cannot replace or refund the order. Please check with your local post office and neighbors.

If a package is lost in transit (not marked "delivered") or arrives with damage that affects playability, please contact us with your order details and photos. Please retain all packaging materials for damage claims.

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Pre-Orders & Split Shipments

If an order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship together once all items are available. If you would like in-stock items to ship separately, please place separate orders.
