Who We Are
Lost in Ohio LLC is an independent record label based in Cincinnati, Ohio. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and store at lostinohio.com. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use our store.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Lost in Ohio. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Lost in Ohio, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Lost in Ohio.

Your Account
You must be at least 18 years old to use our store, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

All information you provide (billing, shipping, payment) must be accurate and current. You're responsible for keeping it up to date.

Our Products
We do our best to accurately represent our releases, including photos, descriptions, and variant details. Colors and finishes may look different on your screen than in person, and pre-release vinyl mock-ups may slightly differ from that of a finished product. All product descriptions are subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. 

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, modify, or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is confirmed once we send an order confirmation email and payment is processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. For pre-orders, see our Cancellation Policy. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time you place your order, as reflected in your confirmation email. Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, VAT, or applicable taxes unless expressly stated.

You represent that your payment information is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that you will pay all charges incurred.

Shipping & Delivery
All shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Once your order is transferred to a carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs processing delays, or events outside our control. 

Intellectual Property
All content on this site (including text, images, audio, design, and the Lost in Ohio name and logo) is owned by Lost in Ohio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-Party Links & Tools
Our site may link to third-party website or use third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Use them at your own discretion.

Agents & Automated Access
This section applies if you use, enable, or deploy any automated software, bot, scraper, or AI agent ("Agent") to access or interact with our store.

No Agent may access our store unless it: (i) identifies itself as an Agent in its HTTP user agent string, including the Agent's name; (ii) does not mimic human behavior or circumvent CAPTCHAs or other access controls; (iii) responds truthfully when asked whether it is a human or a computer; and (iv) complies with any restrictions we impose on automated access.

We reserve the right to limit or block any Agent access at any time.

Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant Lost in Ohio a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose. We're not obligated to keep it confidential, compensate you for it, credit you for it, or act on it.

Errors & Corrections 
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order is placed. We will notify you if a correction affects your order.

Prohibited Uses
You may only use our store for lawful purposes. You may not use it to violate any law, infringe on anyone's intellectual property, transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data, spam, impersonate others, or interfere with the site's operation. We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Our store and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site. 

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lost in Ohio and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products, including lost profits, data loss, or replacement costs, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lost in Ohio, Shopify, and their respective affiliates and personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your use of our store.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable federal law. You consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio for any disputes arising under these Terms.

Changes to These Terms 
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lost in Ohio.
